Successful rental of web space:
If a seller enters into a “promissory contract” with a buyer, whose contacts and/or details were provided by Prime Algarve Locations, a rent for the web space used to promote the property has to be paid. This is a fixed charge and based on the listing price, not the actual and agreed sales price. The rent is even payable if a listing of the property concerned has been suspended or cancelled before or on the day of the Promessa. According to the Terms and Conditions both the buyer and the seller will inform Prime Algarve Locations on a agreed sale.
